2.2 Scheduling and Changes:
Clients may request to reschedule a service appointment up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Requests received later may incur an administrative fee of 10% of the service fee.

2.3 Refund Policy for Legal Services

a) Cancellation and Full Refund: If you cancel a scheduled service at least 7 days in advance, we will issue a full refund of any fees paid, deducted from any administrative charges incurred.

b) Partial Delivery: If we have begun substantive work on your matter prior to cancellation, we reserve the right to retain a proportionate fee for work performed, calculated based on time logged at our standard hourly rate. The balance will be refunded.

c) No-Refund Circumstances: Services delivered in emergency or expedited form are non-refundable due to immediate resource allocation. We will clearly designate any offering as "expedited" at the time of engagement.

d) Method of Refund: Approved refunds are returned via the original payment channel within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may elect to receive a credit toward future services, valid for one year from issuance.

3. Information Product Policy

3.1 Refund Terms for Digital Products

a) Eligibility: Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase and before you access more than 20% of the product content.

b) Non-Refundable After Access Threshold: If more than 20% of the content has been accessed, no refund will be issued. This limitation is necessary due to content delivery and consumption tracking.

c) Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7 business days of approval.

d) Transfer Policy: Purchases of digital products are licensed to the purchaser and may not be transferred to third parties.
